City of Oak Grove- 4 Seasons in our Parks Contest
Photo entries due by Wednesday March 31st, 2027, 11:59pm
Contest Rules:
• Photographers must be residents of Oak Grove.
• Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Your submission of the photo and entry form is your guarantee that you are the original author and copyright holder of the photo.
• Photos must be appropriate for posting in city government publications. Photos containing recognizable people must be accompanied by a signed photo release form.
• Entries must be digital images. See specific rules regarding images.
• Prints must be labeled with photographer’s name and address, name of park where photo was taken and which season it falls under.
1. Spring
2. Summer
3. Fall
4. Winter
• Photos can include Oak Grove park activities, landscapes, plants or animals.
• One photo per person per season.
• Photos will not be returned and will become the property of the city of Oak Grove to be used in city publications and to be displayed at City Hall.
Digital Images
Digital images should be emailed to TBD. Images should be submitted in JPEG (high quality format). Please submit images at the original size and resolution at which it was taken.
Image Modifications
Minor digital enhancement is allowed, but images that have been significantly modified or appear unnatural will be disqualified.
