The 2026 Street Improvements include streets in The Ponds development that were not completed in 2025; Nightingale Knoll, and the Area on the southeast side of Lake George.

2026 Cedar Drive Improvements Map
Rum River Boulevard over Seelye Brook for bridge replacement.
- Anoka County will be reconstructing the CSAH 7 Rum River Blvd Bridge across Seelye Brook. Construction is scheduled to begin March 9th and will require a complete closure for all motorists and emergency vehicles until approximately the last week of June.

Safety
Use caution around the work site. Your assistance in reminding area children to stay clear of construction operations and especially the equipment is helpful in maintaining a safe environment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this construction. The Contractor will be using traffic control, vehicle lighting, and other work practices to ensure the safety of everyone affected by this project. If there are any residents with special needs or who require specific accommodations, do not hesitate to give us a call.

Private Developments
Aspen Glenn 2nd and 3rd Additions
This development is located west of Raven Street NW and south of 229th Avenue NW. The development will be built in phases starting on the east side and working west. The first phase will include six additional lots along Raven Street NW. A second phase was finished at the end of the 2025 season, and the 3rd phase is likely to occur later in the construction season.
Wickstrom Estates South
This development is located east of St. Francis Boulevard NW (MN Highway 47) near Norris Lake Road. We anticipate this development roads pavement to be completed in 2026.
