2026 Elections

The 2026 elections will include various federal, state, county, judicial and local offices.

PRIMARY ELECTION: Tuesday, August 11, 2026
GENERAL ELECTION: Tuesday, November 3, 2026 

MUNICIPAL ELECTION

The City of Oak Grove will hold its municipal election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The following positions will be on the ballot:

  • Mayor - four year term
  • Councilmember - four year term
  • Councilmember - four year term

Interested in filing for a City Office? Candidate Filing Mayor and councilmember positions begin on July 14, 2026, and runs through July 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.  Candidates can file with the City Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.  There will be an extended hour the last day to file, July 28, 2026, until 5:00 p.m.

An Affidavit of Candidacy, $15.00 filing fee, and other required paperwork must be filed with the City Clerk's office during the candidate filing period.

  • Precinct 4:  Senior Center, 19900 Nightingale St. NW

Vote by Mail or in person September 18 - November 2026
